I purchased Nicosia Rodriguez from this company for a friend. Having finished her previous bottle, she started using the one I sent her and was embarrassed to tell me it was not the right fragrance. I contacted the company, and their response was to say the least unhelpful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We ordered a perfume that was not available any where else.
The perfume was not just available but was also a much better price than other retailers. Next day delivery did arrive next day and the package arrived in perfect condition. Can’t wait to see the recipients face when she opens it on her birthday. Highly recommend and I will definitely be using again.

Ordered two expensive perfumes only one arrived with a Chinese sticker at the back of the box,the plastic wrapping also looked a bit flimsy,I have emailed the company also what’s apped them reading reviews on here I doubt they will even reply unless I write them a review on here,I’m going to contact PayPal n reaps full refund never again will I use this company

Ordered Jimmy Choo perfume for my wife as Christmas gift and when she opened the box bottle was half empty, logo wasn’t even attached to the bottle and bottle cap was chipped, outer box seemed fine, possibly perfume leaked inside the box. I emailed them few days back and still no response.

I bought Revitalash from.here as much cheaper. However it has made my lashes worse. I have used Revitalash previously from their own site and Face the future and difference was great lashes noticeable quickly. I would urge other buyers not to get Revitalash from this site. Been using for 4 weeks now and have given up. You get what you pay for.

Ordered last Sunday paying extra for Guaranteed next day delivery. Item still hasn't arrived. The choice on which courier you use to deliver your goods is up to you, but I'd suggest you change it to one that doesn't go on strike every other week. Royal Mail have screwed you over. How many lost items, refused deliveries, returns are you going to have to deal with because of this?

Highly recommend!! I took a risk as seeing so many mixed reviews item took longer then 2-3 days but I think it was something to do with the Royal Mail strike I really love my fragrance would definitely buy again from here happy customer!

I would like to request a refund as I have not received my item 11 days and counting when it started 2-3 on the website but no reply off any emails and no tracking or updates on my parcel

Delivery was perfect and I was also kept in touch regarding everything. Price too good to ignore so real value etc. Can't remember actual date but was mid-September 2022 - would definitely use again and can thoroughly recommend to all my friends and family.

Received my order today. Admittedly a little late but this is through no fault of Perfume Price.. ITS ROYAL MAIL!!
People should perhaps bear this in mind before leaving damaging 1star reviews. In an ideal world Royal Mail wouldn’t be striking all the time and disrupting all of our Christmas Deliveries and we’d all get out orders on time, but unfortunately this is what we are dealing with right now. Please have some patience and understanding.

Goods not arrived. 14 days since order. perfume price making excuses and keep delaying action. Ordered for birthday not Christmas. Totally ignoring me or evading tracking . Don't believe this company is genuine if they do not respond. No tracking numbers they said it was tracked

Purchased from here taking a risk after reading some of the reviews and I'm so glad we did.
The Alien and Hugo boss fragrance we bought are both genuine. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the negative reviews are from competitors trying to put people off buying from here because they cannot match the price!
Mugler fragrance come with a code inside the box for their loyalty club, and these codes were accepted by muglers circle club so 1000000% legit!

Pathetic customer service would be an understatement, continually sending Generic emails to my query, despite my persistence, they completely ignored my last 3 emails.
Eventually received my item in a shambolic packed box after 11 days ! Clearly states 2-3 days on their website which is why i used them initially.
Do yourself a,favour and stay well clear of this company !
To make matters worse, I received a reply from this company following my Trust Pilot review, and they stated they replied to everyone of my emails....absolutely FALSE ! I received a generic reply to my 1st 2 emails and nothing from my next 3 ! Seems you have to write a poor review to get a personal reply !

The perfume ordered (Dior Dolce Vita) arrived promptly enough, so I was satisfied with that, but my wife has been disappointed with the quality of the product, as the fragrance does not seem to be as long-lasting as she experienced previously, and seriously questions whether the ingredients have been changed or the concentration watered down.
